The Last Charge

A centenary memorial to the charge of the Australian Light Horse at Beersheba, in Palestine on October 31, 1917. The work captures the chaos and power of cavalry at full gallop. The sculpture is a drawing of steel line and plane in space; addressing formal concerns alongside its narrative.
