Storrier has spent five decades painting the self as everything but a face. ‘Wayfarer’ descends from the artist’s Archibald-winning ‘The Histrionic Wayfarer (after Bosch)’ 2012. The work stands as a monument to the anonymous itinerant: a journeyman on the horizon, still exploring.
